1. Is the Imwoo.com websites secure?
 

Security is a top priority at Imwoo.com. When you submit sensitive information via the website, since you login our web site, a security encrypted channel will setup between your computer and our web site. Your information is protected both online and offline.

 
When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry - SSL. Access to all of our users' information is restricted. Imwoo.com operates in a secured and locked facility that requires all employees to check in and wear valid ID badges. Security cameras are positioned throughout the building in conjunction with multiple alarm systems. If you wish to have your financial information removed at the time of your order, you may opt to have your financial information deleted from our records upon completion of your order. All Imwoo.com servers, including web servers and database servers are housed and maintained in secure locations. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access. Internet access is restricted and protected by multiple Checkpoint and Cisco firewalls and password protection. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment, inside a secured and locked room. All backups are stored and locked in a high-level security room. Only personnel with proper security clearance have access to these restricted areas. Tape backups are not permitted to leave the premises without prior authorization.

3. What information is imwoo.com collecting?

 
Imwoo.com NEVER collects and stores your credit card full information in our secure and confidential database. By laws, We never store your credit card CVV number neither (three digital number on back of our Visa, Master, and Discover Four digital number on the front of America Express). Also Imwoo.com use national famous www.authorize.net  as our credit card process Gateway. In other word, your transaction directly goes through gateway (authorize.net) into your bank same like you swipe your credit in detail store.

6 How do I receive technical support on my purchase?

 

Imwoo.com can provide general technical support on some of the items that we sell. But we can't image your detail system situation, for computer parts, software compatible issues, we can't guaranty and support except factory defect. Verification of defect by the manufacturer is required.

 

7. What is warranty term like Open box, business off-lease adn factory refurbished?

 

Some items we called Business off-lease, for these kinds of items were used by Lease Company for a short time, some items never have been used. All products are tested by our professional worker in very good condition and come with warranty direct from us. For factory Refurbished: some items were returned from user, some were opened box. They look like new and still come with factory warranty.

 

8. Do I need to pay tax as reseller?
